Dawn

Dawn, a Full Dog of Forest Pack, is probably one of the most normal dogs in the pack. His hunting and fighting are average, and he doesn’t have any secrets… Okay, the last one is a lie. He has one. But there is no way he’s revealing it—not yet, at least. All he’ll reveal for now is that during the journey, all he could think about was her and how she was faring.

Personality:

Being an average dog has its advantages. For one, no one expects anything from him. Two, he could do anything and no one would notice. And three, nobody cares about him, so he can pretty much stay out of everyone’s way without them asking questions. Of course, there is the odd time when he’ll get praised for the food he catches, but other than that, he’s a quiet dog.

His favourite things are probably hunting, taking walks, and hanging out with her. Hunting because he enjoys the quiet peace of it, walks because they make him feel like he could walk anywhere, and, well, hanging out with her because… he loves her. She is probably the only thing in his life that isn’t boring.

But this time, Dawn crashed into him before he could get to River. Dawn held Climber down, slowly pushing down on his neck. “Don’t hurt her,” he growled.
Climber tried to get out of Dawn’s grasp but gave up. “I… Give up,” Climber croaked.
Dawn lifted his paw from Climber’s neck, and he took great gasps of air. Dawn got off of Climber and walked over to River and stood beside her.
River leaned onto Dawn. “Thanks,” she whispered.
“Getting into trouble already, are we?” Dawn playfully bumped River with his shoulder.
“Hey! He started it!” River retorted, pretending to be offended.
Dawn rolled his eyes, then looked back at Climber.
