Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmony Taylor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of the Site

• Purchase or use of products

• Delays, errors, or interruptions in service

• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to discontinue use.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
