This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) describes the shipping terms applicable to purchases made through the Harmony Taylor website (“Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
 
Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. During periods of high order volume or product launches, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

 
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Orders are shipped from Dauphin, Manitoba, Canada via Canada Post or another comparable carrier. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout and may include:

  • Regular Parcel: Estimated 4–10 business days within Canada; 7–14 business days to the United States.

  • Express Parcel: Estimated 2–4 business days within Canada; 5–7 business days to the United States.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Harmony Taylor is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on total order weight, package dimensions, and destination. Rates will appear at checkout before payment is finalized.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email once the order has shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that contact information entered at checkout is accurate.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. For inquiries regarding international shipping beyond these regions, please contact us prior to placing an order.

 
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date and include supporting photographs where applicable. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

This Returns & Refunds Policy governs the terms under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be granted for items purchased through the Harmony Taylor website.

 
General Policy

Due to the nature of books and small-batch merchandise, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement item may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged;

  • The product contains significant printing or manufacturing defects;

  • The incorrect item was shipped.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue. Harmony Taylor reserves the right to refuse requests submitted after this period.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Books without manufacturing defects

  • Opened or used merchandise

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Digital products, including but not limited to PDF book studies and downloadable worksheets

Cancellations

Order cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping queue, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when a replacement cannot be provided. All refunds are processed to the original method of payment.

WARRANTY / PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Harmony Taylor provides a limited warranty for physical books and merchandise purchased directly through the Site.

 
Books and Printed Materials

We warrant that books will be free from material printing defects, binding defects, or missing pages upon arrival. This warranty extends for 7 days following delivery.

Merchandise

Merchandise such as apparel and accessories is warranted against manufacturing defects upon arrival. Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse is not covered under this warranty.

Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

  • Cosmetic imperfections not affecting readability or function

  • Damage resulting from shipping delays or mishandling by the customer or carrier

Remedies

If a covered defect is confirmed, Harmony Taylor will, at its discretion:

  • Provide a replacement of the same item; or

  • Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable

This limited warranty is non-transferable.
